It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish. Something different
for that special person or to add to the collection. Jade, or Jadeite,
is a Silicate mineral made from a Sodium and Aluminum mix that is usually
found in igneous and/or metamorphic rocks. Jade is as hard as Quartz,
is exceptionally tough, beautifully colored and can be delicately shaped or
carved.

It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish. Something different

to item in the picture. Jasper, or spotted stone, is an opaque, impure
variety of Quartz that is usually red, yellow or brown in color. Picture
Jaspers simultaneously exhibit several variants such as banding, flow patterns,
dendrites or color variations. This results in what appears to be scenes
or images in a cut section of the Jasper.

Howlite is a soft and sometimes brittle gemstone. It is usually white
or colorless. It can be translucent in thin fragments. It is associated
with Colemanite, Ulexite, and Bakerite and is found in Borate deposits.
It is usually dyed to simulate real "Turquoise" in jewelry.

This is a pretty striped Heart made from Australian Tiger Iron.
It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 1". Something different for that special

Iron is an altered rock composed of Tiger Eye, red Jasper and black Hematite.
The contrasting bands of color and luster make for an attractive motif that
is mainly used for jewelry and ornamentation from beads and cabochons to knife
handles. It is mined primarily in South Africa and Australia.

Here is a unique find!! This is a larger, hand carved Pyrite Heart.
It measures 2 3/8" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" and has a nice hand polish. The
heavy-weight Heart has a sparkly, shiny finish on top of a natural, crystal
cavity-like texture. Pyrite, or Iron Pyrite, is an Iron sulfide with
isometric Crystals that usually appear as cubes. It is brittle and can
break or powder easily. Its metallic luster and brass yellow hue have
earned it the nickname of "fool's gold" due to many miners mistaken it for
the real thing. Ironically, small quantities of actual gold are sometimes
found in Pyrite. It is the most common of the sulfide minerals and is
usually found with other sulfides or oxides in Quartz veins, sedimentary or
metamorphic rocks.

This is a pretty, dark Orange Carnelian Heart from Brazil. It measures
1 1/2" x 1 5/8" x 5/8" and has a nice polish. A very nice addition
to your Heart collection. Similar to item pictured. Carnelian
is a red or reddish-brown variant of Chalcedony but also may come in the colors
of orange and pink. It is quite common and usually found in translucent
pebble form. It is found in several areas of Europe, Iceland and Madagascar.

This is a pretty gemstone Heart carved from Opalite. It measures
1 1/2" x 1 5/8" x 5/8" and has a nice polish. This material is
from Utah. Similar to like item.
Opalite is a trade name for a man-made precious opal imitation.
It is usually made of glass or resin. Man-made or not, it is definitely
a beautiful "gem stone" and one of my personal favorites.

This is a pretty, above average quality, gemstone Heart carved from Goldstone.
It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish. Something different
for that special person or to add to the collection. Similar to like
item. Goldstone is a type of synthetic glass made with Copper or
Copper Salts in the presence of a reducing flame. Under normal conditions,
Copper ions meld into the Silica to produce transparent bluish-green glass.
When it cools, the Copper forms precipitates into small crystalline clusters.
The finished product can take a smooth polish and be carved into beads, figurines
or other artifacts suitable as a semi-precious stone and is often mistaken
for a natural material.

also known as fluor-spar, is a mineral composed of Calcium Fluoride.
It is a widely occurring mineral and is often found with metallic minerals
such as Galena and Sphalerite, but also with Barite, Quartz and Calcite.
It may fluoresce strongly in ultraviolet light. Although blue is the
most common color, it can also be red, purple, green, yellow and white.

Similar to like item. Obsidian is a rock which is a type of naturally
occurring glass that is produced by volcanoes when felsic lava cools rapidly
and freezes without sufficient time for Crystal growth. It is an extrusive
igneous rock. Because Obsidian lacks Crystal structure, the blade edges
can reach almost molecular thinness, leading to the ancient use of arrow heads
and the modern use of surgical scalpel blades.

This is a beautiful, above average quality, gemstone Heart carved from
Rose Quartz. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish.
It is a very beautiful Heart. Similar to like item. Rose Quartz
is a type of Quartz which exhibits a pale pink to rose red hue. The
color is usually considered as due to trace amounts of Titanium, Iron or Manganese,
in the massive material. Some Rose Quartz contains microscopic Rutile
needles which produce an asterism in transmitted light.

Stone. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish.

Similar to like item Dalmatian Stone, or orbicular Rhyolite, is an
igneous rock that was formed by lava flows on the Earth's surface. The
spots or "orbs" probably occurred when molten lava reacted with fragments
of rock known as Xenoliths. These stones are light to dark tan in color
with black spots throughout. The nickname "Dalmatian" was given to this
unusual looking mineral because of its resemblance to a Dalmatian dog's spots.

It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4"x 1" and has a nice polish. Something different

item. Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral enjoyed as an ornamental
stone. Although massive samples are opaque, Crystals are usually transparent
to translucent. It is very similar to Lapis but with out the Pyrite
Crystals and distinguishable color differences. It makes great jewelry,
cabochons an beads.

Agate. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 7/8"x 1" and has a nice polish.

Similar to like item. Agates mostly occur as nodules in volcanic
rocks or waters containing silica in solution possibly derived from the decomposition
of silicates in the lava. The siliceous matter is deposited in regular
layers resulting in the banded or striped formation.

This is a pretty, above average quality, gemstone Heart carved from White
Marble. It measures nearly 2 1/8" x 2"x 3/4". This material
is from Utah. This heart has a pure White color and a super shape.
Marble is a metamorphic rock consisting of Limestone but composed mostly of
Calcite. It is used extensively for sculpture, building materials and
has many decorative uses. The pure white Marble is probably the most
common form known, but the characteristic swirls and veins of many colored
Marble varieties are usually due to various mineral impurities such as Clay,
Silt, Sand, Iron Oxides or Chert.
