Bear. This uniquely carved Bear fetish was created from a Septarian Nodule
in Utah. He measures 4" nose to tail and 2 1/2" tall and has a nice
polish. This Bear has a very rare Yellow Calcite cavity that visible
from both sides revealing many sparkly Yellow Crystals. A great gift
for the Bear or Septarian collector. |

nose to tail and 3 3/8" tall. It has a nice polish and is 1" in width.
Septarians are commonly composed of a carbonate mineral such as Calcite,
a micro Crystalline form of Silica as in Flint or Jasper, or an Iron Oxide
such as Hematite. These specimens are also known as a concretion which
is a type of sedimentary rock.
A great addition to your collection.
